3⁄4 cup Urad Dal (black lentils)

1⁄4 cup red kidney beans (rajmah)

2 teaspoons cumin seeds

8 garlic cloves, chopped

2 inches gingerroot, chopped

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

1⁄2 cup whipped cream or homemade malai

1 teaspoon red stew powder

3 tablespoons spread

2 tomatoes, chopped (additional enormous tomatoes)

1 onion, hacked

1 tablespoon oil

Delicious Palak Paneer Recipe At Home- Step- by- Step

 Palak Paneer at home in easy way..

Ingredients-

  • Paneer (Cottage Cheese) -300 grams in small cubes
  • Palak ( Spinach leaves) - 400 grams
  • Lahsun aur adrak (Garlic and Ginger paste) - 1 tsp also 2 3 garlic cloves
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Jeera ( Cumin) - 1/2 tsp
  • Tej patta ( Indian bay leaf) -2
  • peese hue tomato ( Tomato puree) - 6 tomatoes
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Nimbu ka ras ( Lemon juice) - 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Onion- 3
  • Green Chilli- 5 
  • Salt as per taste


Let's Make Palak Paneer Step-by-Step

  •  To make palak paneer, first put a pan on the gas and add 1 liter water and boil it.

                                                       

  •  After boil the water put the spinach in the water and cook for 5 min.
                                        

  • Now take a bowl of ice cold water put the spinach in it.
                                           

  • Take a grinder jar and add cool spinach ( removed the water) into it and add some ginger paste, 2 or 3 garlic cloves and 2 green chilli.
                                       

  • Make a smooth spinach puree and ingredients. There is no need to add water.


  • Heat the 2 tablespoon of ghee or oil in a pan or kadhai.


  • after 5 or 10 seconds add cumin seeds( jeera ) and roast. add 2 tej patta (Indian bay leaf).
                                         

  • Add 2 chopped onion and saute until onion become light brown.
                                      

  •  Add ginger garlic and saute them until they become brown.


  •  Now add tomato puree mix it well with all the ingredients and boil.


  • Now add Spinach puree in it add garam masala and salt (as per taste) and cook for a while. 
                                         

                   

  • Add 1/3 cup water, mix very well and cook on low flame till it boils keep mixing it. 


  • When gravy starts boling add paneer and cook for 5 min.

  • Add lemon juice and mix it very well.
 Palak Paneer is ready  to serve, you can serve it with roti, paratha or rice.
